The Pink Elephant Return/Exchange Policy
We want your Pink Elephant purchase to bring you joy, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Don't worry, our dedicated support team is here to assist you with exchanging your order.
Please keep in mind that we follow a strict company policy and do not offer refunds for any product sold. However, you can exchange your Pink Elephant pieces for replacements. Kindly note that each order can only be exchanged once.
If you have any concerns about the size or if we missed something, and you wish to proceed with an exchange, please reach out to us. Our customer care team will respond within 1-2 business days to guide you through the process.
To ensure a smooth exchange process, please follow these four easy steps:
- Make sure your item is in its original condition, without any signs of wear, washing, or damage. Keep the paper tags attached in their original condition as well. Please initiate the exchange process within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Contact our Customer Care team via WhatsApp at +91 8826874118 or email us at care@lovethepinkelephant.com to initiate your exchange.
- We provide a free pick & drop facility for all exchange-related services.
- Exchanges will only be accepted in size-related issues and not for the designs.
Please be aware that if the item you wish to exchange is unavailable, we will offer alternatives for you to choose from.
Damaged/Wrong item received:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us or WhatsApp a photo of the item, along with your order number, within 48 hours of receiving the product, at care@lovethepinkelephant.com. We will take care of everything and ensure you receive an exchange item promptly. Please note that we will only initiate an exchange after confirming that the product defect is genuine.
Sale items:
Please remember that all sale items are final and cannot be exchanged.
Accessories:
Kindly note that sleeping masks, stoles, and travel pouches are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping Information

Please keep in mind that order processing times and delivery may be extended during holidays, sales, and special offers.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Once your order is placed, it typically takes 4 to 7 working days to dispatch from our warehouse. The standard shipping time for orders within India may range from 3 to 7 working days, depending on the destination, after dispatch. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and should be used as a guide. While we strive to minimize shipping delays, Pink Elephant is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.
Orders Containing Multiple Items:
If your order includes multiple items and one of them is out of stock, we may split your order into two parts. This way, you can receive the available items sooner, while the out-of-stock item can be dispatched separately at a later time. You will receive separate shipping confirmation emails for each part of the order.
Delivery During Sales:
We deeply appreciate your support and patience during festive times of the year when we experience high demand. Please note that during holidays and sales, it may take a little longer for your order to arrive, as shipping carriers may experience overload.
