The Pink Elephant Return/Exchange Policy

We want your Pink Elephant purchase to bring you joy, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Don't worry, our dedicated support team is here to assist you with exchanging your order.

If you have any concerns about the size or if we missed something, and you wish to proceed with an exchange, please reach out to us. Our customer care team will respond within 1-2 business days to guide you through the process.

Exchange/Return Policy

  1. Feel free to initiate exchanges or returns within 7 days from the date you received the shipment.

  2. Take advantage of our complimentary reverse pickup service from your shipping address at no extra charge.

Exchange/Return Process

  1. If you wish to make a request, kindly reach out to us via email at care@lovethepinkelephant.com or connect with us through phone/WhatsApp at +91-88268 74118

  2. Within 48 hours, we will arrange for a reverse pickup from the location you've provided.

  3. Kindly make use of the original packaging, including the cloth bag, to ensure proper care and protection of the items.

  4. Ensure that the items remain in their initial condition, complete with labels and tags securely in place.

  5. The items should remain unused and unwashed, free from any soiling, stains, or damages.

  6. Upon receipt at our facility and subsequent verification, items eligible for return or exchange will be duly processed.

  7. The completion of your exchange or return request typically requires 10-15 days.

Refund Policy

  1. Enjoy a full store credit equivalent to the total amount for all return transactions.

  2. Rest assured, there are no reverse shipping fees imposed on any return requests.

  3. For your first exchange, whether for a different size or an alternative style/product, there's no charge.

  4. Please note, that a non-refundable shipping fee of Rs 180 will be applicable for any orders placed using a credit note.

  5. Your store credit remains valid for a generous period of 6 months from the date of order.

  6. Do keep in mind that shipping fees and expenses related to gift services, if any, are non-refundable.

  7. It's important to mention that gift cards, unfortunately, cannot be returned for their monetary value.

Please be aware that if the item you wish to exchange is unavailable, we will offer alternatives for you to choose from.

Damaged/Wrong item received:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us or WhatsApp a photo of the item, along with your order number, within 48 hours of receiving the product, at care@lovethepinkelephant.com. We will take care of everything and ensure you receive an exchange item promptly. Please note that we will only initiate an exchange after confirming that the product defect is genuine. 

Sale items:

Please remember that all sale items are final and cannot be exchanged/returned.

Accessories:

Kindly note that sleeping masks, stoles, and travel pouches are not eligible for exchange.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Once your order is placed, it typically takes 4 to 7 working days to dispatch from our warehouse. The standard shipping time for orders within India may range from 3 to 7 working days, depending on the destination, after dispatch. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and should be used as a guide. While we strive to minimize shipping delays, Pink Elephant is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.

Orders Containing Multiple Items:

If your order includes multiple items and one of them is out of stock, we may split your order into two parts. This way, you can receive the available items sooner, while the out-of-stock items can be dispatched separately at a later time. You will receive separate shipping confirmation emails for each part of the order. 

Delivery During Sales:

We deeply appreciate your support and patience during festive times of the year when we experience high demand. Please note that during holidays and sales, it may take a little longer for your order to arrive, as shipping carriers may experience overload.
